As some of you may already know, according to the latest Ipsos poll (conducted for the AP), President Bush’s approval ratings are at their lowest. His approval mark is at 43 percent, and only 41 percent of the public say they support his handling of the war in Iraq. During post 911, his job approval rating was close to 90 percent....Wow, that is a shocking change. Other results: only 35 percent of those polled thought our country was headed in the right direction, 45 percent of those supported his foreign policy (down from 52 percent in March),only 37 percent approved of his handling of Social Security, and 43 percent supported his handling of the economy. I know people have commented that polls don’t have much meaning to them, but it was surprising to me that his ratings are so low, considering he was just re-elected months ago and had so much support from voters.

Yes, Bush's ratings are way down...but unfortunately the Democrats still don't have anyone to bring theirs up. Three years isn't that long a time... they better get their act together real soon.
