My Personal Thanksgiving Prayer

Thank You, Car, for not dying out on me yet...I am almost done paying you off...
Thank you, Chocolate, for giving me that little "lift" when I need it lol Thank You, Sun, for showering me with warmth when I needed to stop shivering.
Thank You, Sister Val, for accompanying me when I would have otherwise felt lonely...for being a light in my life even when you yourself have been grieving over the loss of a good friend.

Thank You, Aunt Irma...for just being you...for offering help and not giving a second thought when asked to help.

Thank You, aunt Mary and Uncle Fred, for being sweet to me and enjoying my Company.

Thank You, Nieces, for putting endless amounts of smiles on my Face, for making me feel like a kid again.

Thank You, Brothers, for sticking together in our childhood when we had no one else to turn to.

Thank You, Mom....through all the trials and tribulations, you managed to raise six decent children. That says a lot about you.

Thank You, Stepdad...for being such a good husband to my mother....you were the one whom she was waiting for all her life.

Thank You, Grandmother, for being Loving You, for being sassy and lively you, even at the age of 81, for being the glue that keeps us all together.

Thank You, Honey; You are the One who managed to bring down my walls; you literally have shown me how to love...thank you for all your sweet silliness and deep affection..there aren't enough words to show you my Love, but I will say this...I Love You.

Thank You, Lord...for all the little things I forget to thank you for:
having a cozy place to sleep in the cold of the night; for having the ability to nourish myself and my family; for guiding me home safely; for helping me to go to sleep when I had millions of worries on my mind

...maybe I should say to you, Lord, Thank You for Everything.
