Hope you enjoy my little bits of this and that. :) I can't promise they'll always be interesting. :)

I think everyone has an embarassing piece of clothing...maybe that lime green sweater you got as a gift two year ago...or those zipper parachute pants from the 80s...or maybe just a funky piece of clothing you wouldn't wear in front of anyone.

Well, I don't know if mine count as "embarassing" pieces of clothing, but I do own some things that I wouldn't wear in front of too many people.

The first thing are my light blue sweatpants...they don't sound out of the ordinary except that on the seat of the pants, in big letters, reads the word, "Knockout!" with a pair of boxing gloves next to it. While it is probably a cool thing for a cute 18 year old girl to wear, I'm not quite willing to step out in public with the word "Knockout!" plastered on my behind...at least not this 32 year old...

Second thing is actually a souvenir I received. When I found out that my youngest brother was going to Southern California this past summer, I told him he better bring something back for me. He definitely did bring something back for me...but it was not the Hollywood keychain or L.A. waterglobe I thought he was going to bring...instead, I was gifted with a t shirt he got from a Bail Bond company promoting their business. The shirt is light pink with the words "Lipstick Bail Bond" written across the front. It even has their motto, "Kiss Jail Goodbye!" on it. To top it off, it is embellished with a bunch of puckered up lips. It does seem like a cute shirt, but...for some reason, I can't get myself to wear it.

My third thing is actually not a piece of clothing, but some bright green sandals I have for summer attire. They are adorned with these big plastic green flowers. I've actually worn them out of the house a few times, but there are not too many outfits in my closet that go with plastic green flowers.

I would go into detail about the pair of fruit -embellished stretch pants I had as a 12 year old, but uggghhh...bad memories...bad memories!

These are precious items!   and soooooooo original!

I thought items like these were only in someone's mind for a magazine article!  Good going

My items are soooooo boring,  toooooo big sweatpants in elephant grey,  same for tee shirts and shorts,  all tooooooooo big now and the colors are orange, lime green,  and powder blue for the tees and shorts..  AND I've still so far to go towards taking off pounds that I hate to buy new stuff..even my son thinks it's time to lose my ugly clothes...

maybe in spring?...ya.      it'll be hard I think to pitch these fleecy soft grey sweats!

But, if you wear the blue sweatpants with the bail bond T-shirt and green flower flip flops you will be stylin!

Happy New Year Inbloom.

The only embarrassing clothing that I have isn't actually in my closet but in a drawer. I have a couple of pairs of dance tights that I wear under my clothes in the Winter when riding my bent. They do a great job of keeping the legs warm without being bulky, but can be a little hard to explain.

I think the bail bond shirt sounds hilarious. You should wear it to school. That would get them talking. I really don't have too many embarassing clothes anymore. Now the things that I wore when I was a kid - I shudder to think. The worst were bell bottoms with holly hobby all the way around the bottoms. The sad thing is that I absolutely loved them at the time but when I look at the pictures now - ugh. I actually had two pairs one in blue and one in red.

I say keep the fleecy grey sweats...they sound too comfy to toss out.

I've actually read that Holly Hobby is trying to make a comeback...I saw some of her items during Christmas shopping, actually. Maybe you should've kept those pants.

I liked this! I thought you were going to talk about the mess in your closet!! Mine is such a mess right now and waiting for me to clean out!

I hear you about the clothes. I've buried all the embarrassing pieces of mine. I can't even describe any of them right now, been that long!

But, if you wear the blue sweatpants with the bail bond T-shirt and green flower flip flops you will be stylin!

Hahaha, yeah and a nice big floppy hat to go with it, in pink or green!

You all might, just might tempt me to put this outfit together and wear it for fun...lol

I vote you wear the outfit and get your photo taken so we can all see how it looks. At least this way you can actually say you got something out of the clothes
